Changes in Payment Options for 2010: You can register for a 5 week session in a class of your choice or attend the classes as a walk-in. The session cards and annual cards are no longer available for the land aerobic classes.

Cancellation Policy for Aerobics
A minimum number of participants are needed to be enrolled for a class in order for it to run for the session. The minimum number can change depending on the number of residents and non-residents enrolled. We will run the first class of each session to try to reach at least our minimum for the class. We recommend that you register days before the first class. If the class is cancelled we will contact the participants enrolled for that session.

Basic Classes

Fit 'N Fifty
A combination of aerobic exercise, seated toning exercises, core strengthening exercises and balance and body awareness.
Ages: 50+ years.


High/Low Impact Aerobics
Great for beginner or intermediate participants. Includes a warm-up, low to high routine, body shaping, and a cool-down.
Ages: 16+ years.

Step & Sculpt
Total body workout consisting of basic step patterns followed by strength training
and abdominal exercises. High intensity workout!
Ages: 16+ years.

Tight and Toned
Do you want to tone up? Various muscle strengthening exercises will tone you
from head to toe. Hand weights and other equipment will be used.
Ages: 16+ years.

Cardio-Pilates
Get the best of both worlds and the most for your effort!
Class starts with cardio moves to challenge your aerobic fitness and then
grab a mat to strengthen your core and tone your legs and butt.

Core Strengthening & Sculpt
Isolate and target each muscle group including abs, using various
strength training tools.

Cardio & Sculpt
A workout using steps & weights to burn fat and tone muscles.
Class ends with ab work and stretching.

Cardio-Kickboxing
Enjoy a vigorous kickboxing routine followed by exercises
to improve muscle tone and endurance.



Premium Classes

Pilates Matwork
The mat workout is a powerful conditioning program for the entire body.
Movements to improve mind-body awareness, posture, flexibility and muscle tone.
Also increase mobility and efficiency of movement.
Ages: 16+ years.

Yoga
Through the practice of Yoga postures, proper breathing, and concentration techniques, people learn to relax the mind while strengthening the body.
Ages: 16+ years.

Payment options for Land Aerobic classes - All Classes will run No Cancellations!

Aerobic Session Card
Allows you to take as many basic aerobic classes (excluding premium classes)
that you wish during a 5-week session. This card expires at the end of each
5- week session. You are able to renew the card at the end of each session.
Price: $68 NR/$55 APD/$ 55 PTRD/$42 PTRAPD

Annual Aerobic Card
Allows you to take as many basic aerobic classes (excluding premium classes)
that you wish for an entire year. The card expires one year from the date of
purchase.
Price: $450 NR/$300 APD/$380 PTRD/$250 PTRAPD

Premium Session Card
Allows you to attend all premium and basic aerobic classes that you wish during
a 5-week session. This card expires at the end of each 5-week session.
You are able to renew the card at the end of each session.
Price: $110 NR/$83 APD /$83 PTRD/$72 PTRAPD

Premium Annual Card
Allows you to attend all premium and basic aerobic classes.
The card expires one year from the date of purchase.
Price: $760 NR/$530 APD/$630 PTRD/$440 PTRAPD

5-week session
This option is best for those who enjoy taking only one type of class.

Walk-in
This payment option is best for those who cannot commit to a full 5-week session
or would like to try a class for the first time.
Basic classes walk-in prices: $6 NR/$5 APD & PTRD/$4 PTRAPD
Premium classes walk-in prices: $11 NR/$9 APD & PTRD/$8 PTRAPD
