The replacement plan phases out old equipment to limit potential and frequent breakdowns. And, to keep the facility updated with the latest technology has to offer! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Getting bored with your old fitness routine? If you have been using the same workout for 6 weeks or more you should set up an appointment with one of the fitness staff to change your program. If you want to continue to benefit from your program it should be changed at least every 6 to 8 weeks. If you lack in motivation, try our Personal Training Program and meet one on one with a trainer to help motivate you through your workouts to get the most out of each session! |
